Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Student Ambassador supports the Admissions Office’s recruitment efforts by leading campus tours, participating in admissions events, and engaging directly with prospective students and their families. This role serves as a positive and informed representative of Harrisburg University throughout the recruitment and enrollment process.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead campus tours for prospective students and families.
Participate in student panels at admissions events.
Interact with families during admissions events and individual campus visits.
Assist families in navigating campus during admissions events.
Make supervised calls to prospective students in support of recruitment outreach.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Admissions team.

MINIMUM ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled student in good standing at Harrisburg University.
Enthusiasm to positively represent Harrisburg University.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong time management skills.
Dependable, outgoing, and enthusiastic demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
WORK HOURS
The university work week is Sunday through Saturday.
Employees are expected to work within the core hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings, and may be required to work overtime.
