JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the leadership team, manages patient referrals for program services recommended by their provider. Schedules cardiac procedures while ensuring that necessary approvals, clearances and documentation are completed timely.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred Associate's Degree or equivalent

• 1-3 years Required
