VP, Growth and Revenue Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Growth and Revenue Marketing based in United States.

The Vice President of Growth & Revenue Marketing will lead the development and execution of a modern, revenue-focused marketing strategy designed to accelerate business growth.
This executive role will own marketing’s impact across the full customer lifecycle, from demand generation and pipeline creation to expansion opportunities and customer growth.
The position requires a strategic leader who can combine creativity, analytics, technology, and operational discipline to deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to align marketing investments with revenue objectives.

Accountabilities:

The VP, Growth and Revenue Marketing will be responsible for building a scalable marketing engine that directly contributes to pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and expansion revenue. This leader will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to improve marketing performance, strengthen sales alignment, and maximize business impact.

  • Develop and execute an integrated revenue marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives, including demand generation, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, and customer expansion programs.
  • Own marketing-generated and marketing-influenced pipeline goals, conversion metrics, revenue contribution, and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Build multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, partner marketing, digital channels, outbound support, and ABM initiatives.
  • Create lifecycle marketing programs that increase customer retention, cross-sell opportunities, upsell potential, and long-term customer value.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve lead management, account engagement, pipeline creation, and funnel conversion.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management teams to identify expansion opportunities and execute targeted customer growth campaigns.
  • Own and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including automation platforms, CRM alignment, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign operations.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve attribution, reporting accuracy, data quality, and visibility into marketing performance.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve personalization, campaign efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
  • Build executive-level dashboards and analytics frameworks that connect marketing investments to pipeline, revenue, ROI, and business outcomes.
  • Establish testing and optimization programs across campaigns, digital experiences, paid channels, and conversion funnels.
  • Present marketing performance insights, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to executive stakeholders.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical marketing executive with extensive experience leading revenue-focused marketing teams in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments. You should have a proven ability to build scalable growth programs, influence cross-functional teams, and translate marketing activities into measurable business results.

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years leading demand generation or revenue marketing functions.
  • Proven success building revenue marketing organizations that consistently deliver qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience developing lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, paid media, ABM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, funnel optimization, and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS buying journeys, enterprise sales cycles, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience creating attribution models, executive dashboards, and data-driven reporting frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform performance data into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience managing marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics tools, and automation solutions.
  • Strong financial and operational discipline with experience managing marketing budgets and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for experimentation, AI innovation, optimization, and measurable impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, food technology, supply chain software, compliance solutions, or related industries is a plus.
