We are seeking an ambitious Product Marketing Lead to shape the market positioning and growth strategy of innovative AI-powered healthcare solutions.
This role will own the go-to-market narrative, transforming complex technology capabilities into compelling value propositions for enterprise audiences.
You will work at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and business leadership to drive adoption and establish a new category in healthcare technology.

You will help define product packaging, messaging, sales enablement strategies, and customer-facing assets that influence enterprise buying decisions.

Accountabilities:

The Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, positioning solutions effectively, and enabling commercial teams to drive enterprise growth. This role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex products into clear customer value.

  • Partner with product and business leaders to translate product capabilities into compelling market narratives and enterprise solutions.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions tailored to enterprise buyers and key customer segments.
  • Create product packaging strategies, including solution tiers, bundles, and offerings aligned with market needs and buying behaviors.
  • Research enterprise audiences, customer personas, competitive landscapes, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, buyer guides, ROI models, case studies, and objection-handling resources.
  • Map enterprise buying committees and develop sales plays that support complex multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.
  • Create and manage integrated go-to-market campaigns across product launches, demand generation initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with sales, demand generation, brand, events, product, and leadership teams to execute coordinated market initiatives.
  • Test and optimize messaging, campaigns, and content based on customer feedback, performance insights, and business results.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance research, content creation, analysis, and marketing workflows while maintaining strong editorial judgment.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic and execution-oriented product marketing professional with experience launching technology products and influencing enterprise audiences. They should be comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where innovation, ownership, and measurable impact are highly valued.

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with demonstrated success launching products and driving go-to-market initiatives.
  • Proven experience developing positioning, messaging, and commercial strategies for complex technology solutions.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise customers, ideally within digital health, healthcare benefits, HR technology, SaaS, or similar industries.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and customer-focused narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience creating sales enablement materials and supporting enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and the ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, research, content creation, messaging development, and marketing operations.
