- Drive sales performance and brand visibility within assigned retail locations through effective relationship management and customer engagement.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while educating consumers and store staff on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and training sessions to support sales growth and increase product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with retail teams and key stakeholders to support long-term business success.
- Execute merchandising strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory management initiatives to ensure product availability and presentation standards.
- Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics while maintaining high operational standards.
- Participate actively in leadership development initiatives and ongoing training programs to strengthen professional and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in retail sales, field sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Valid provincial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Legal authorization to work full-time in Canada.
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned territories and work in a field-based environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring reaching or movement of products and displays.

- Competitive base salary of approximately CAD $52,000 with annual merit increases.
