- Drive territory performance by developing and executing strategic account plans aligned with commercial objectives and local market insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through high-quality scientific and value-based interactions.
- Deliver compelling product and disease-state education while effectively communicating key brand messages.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including medical and marketing stakeholders, to support regional initiatives and healthcare provider needs.
- Utilize multiple engagement channels such as face-to-face meetings, virtual interactions, email campaigns, and digital communication tools to maximize customer reach and impact.
- Monitor market developments, customer feedback, and territory performance metrics, proactively reporting insights and results to leadership teams.
- Maintain a compliant, customer-focused, and strategic approach to territory management and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 1–2 years within specialty biologics.
- Previous experience in immunology, asthma, COPD, or related therapeutic areas is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to develop strategic engagement plans and manage key accounts effectively.
- Proven success in building trusted partnerships internally and externally within a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific information for healthcare professionals.
- Experience leveraging omnichannel engagement strategies, including digital communication platforms and remote interactions.
- Agile, ambitious, and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
