This opportunity is ideal for a driven and relationship-oriented sales professional who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions. In this role, you will work closely with dermatologists and healthcare professionals across Ontario Southwest to deliver impactful immunology and dermatology-focused therapies. You will combine scientific knowledge, strategic territory management, and customer engagement expertise to create meaningful partnerships and drive business growth. You will leverage omnichannel engagement strategies, clinical insights, and data analysis to tailor solutions that meet healthcare provider needs while contributing to advancements in patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders across the assigned territory.
- Deliver high-quality scientific and product-focused discussions to support healthcare providers in making informed treatment decisions.
- Analyze territory trends, customer insights, and market data to develop and execute strategic territory plans.
- Utilize omnichannel engagement methods, including virtual and in-person interactions, to enhance customer experience and maximize reach.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored healthcare solutions aligned with therapeutic objectives and business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure coordinated support and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, disease states, product portfolio, and emerging therapeutic developments.
- Support medical conferences, educational events, and regional initiatives as required.
- Consistently demonstrate a customer-first mindset while contributing to team performance, innovation, and business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous pharmaceutical sales experience with strong customer relationship management skills.
- Experience within immunology and/or dermatology therapeutic areas is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes and consultative customer engagement approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
- Experience using omnichannel engagement strategies, including virtual selling and in-person customer interactions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze territory performance and market trends effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly collaborative mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Previous recognition for leadership, teamwork, customer focus, or sales performance is considered an asset.
- Ability to travel within the Ontario Southwest territory, with residence in or near London, Ontario preferred.
- Flexibility to occasionally support weekend conferences or healthcare events across Canada.
- Competitive compensation package ranging from approximately CAD $82,500 to CAD $156,200 depending on experience and level.
