- Drive territory sales growth by increasing the utilization, loyalty, and market penetration of aftermarket automotive parts solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, independent repair facilities, national accounts, and warehouse distributors within the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new wholesale business opportunities through networking, cold calling, market research, and relationship-building activities.
- Conduct regular in-person sales visits independently or alongside dealership and distributor representatives to strengthen customer engagement and support sales initiatives.
- Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and consultative support to dealership employees and management teams on product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with dealership parts managers to support inventory planning and optimize sales performance across retail, internal, and wholesale operations.
- Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce to accurately track customer interactions, pipeline activity, and sales progress.
- Provide market feedback related to customer needs, pricing trends, product performance, and sales incentive opportunities to internal teams.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication, ongoing support, and proactive account management.
- Manage extensive regional travel while ensuring strong territory coverage and consistent customer engagement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales, dealership account management, or related automotive parts industry roles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive aftermarket products, dealership operations, and wholesale automotive sales processes.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with independent repair facilities, dealerships, distributors, and major accounts.
- Experience in outside sales, territory management, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to deliver product training and represent brand solutions effectively in customer-facing environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, web-based tools, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and project coordination abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
- College degree preferred but not required.
