Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm


POSITION SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist coordinates recruiting operations and employee engagement initiatives across the organization. This role manages full-cycle recruiting coordination, onboarding experience, job description administration, and employee engagement programs to enhance retention and organizational culture within a logistics and duty-free distribution environment.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage full cycle recruiting coordination including sourcing, screening, and interviewing schedules.Maintain job postings across ADP and external platforms.Update and standardize job descriptions.Coordinate onboarding process and new hire experience.Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.Run recruiting and workforce reports in ADP.Assist with offboarding and exit processes.Coordinate background checks and maintain tracking logs.Administer DOT random testing process and maintain compliance documentation

.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related required.Experience working with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. High attention to detail and accuracy. Recruiting and Sourcing techniques.Understanding of onboarding best practices. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and strategic planning abilities. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Bilingual Englisj/Spanish preferred.
