POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist coordinates recruiting operations and employee engagement initiatives across the organization. This role manages full-cycle recruiting coordination, onboarding experience, job description administration, and employee engagement programs to enhance retention and organizational culture within a logistics and duty-free distribution environment.
