We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our skilled team!
A glimpse into the job responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all HR, payroll, and benefit related questions.
- Works closely with facility Administrator and leadership team on HR initiatives.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment on ATS: posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes: preparation of offer letters, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
- Assist in administering employee benefit programs, answering employee questions, and liaison with benefit contacts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Conduct full payroll-processing, including verifying timesheets and processing bi-weekly payroll.
- Process leave requests include PTO, FMLA, and Personal Leave of Absence.
- Manage Worker's Compensation including reporting all incidents to carrier.
- Process various required reporting such as CMS Payroll-Based Journal Staffing Hours, EEO-1 Annual Reporting, and OSHA Annual Reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in the HRIS system and personnel files, including managing staff professional licensures and CPR.
We are looking for a qualified candidate with:
- 2 years' of Human Resources experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
- Experience working in a long-term care setting and/or healthcare preferred.
- Experience with HR applications, such as benefit administration systems and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
- PayCor experience preferred.
