About the role

At LooseLeaf International, we’re looking for a part-time Receptionist who brings warmth, reliability, and great organization to our team. In this role, you’ll be the first face people see when they walk through our doors and the steady hand that helps keep our office running smoothly. This is an in-office role based in Burbank, CA, with flexible part-time hours (approximately 15–20 hours per week). Our workspace is collaborative, fast-paced, and laid-back — casual dress, music playing, and a team that loves what they do.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, staff, and delivery personnel with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage incoming mail and packages, including distribution and basic tracking
• Keep the front office area organized, clean, and stocked with supplies
• Assist with assembling and shipping promotional boxes to influencers and brand partners
• Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and helping with scheduling
• Support ad hoc office tasks and team requests as needed

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with light shipping/packaging tasks
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Basic tech skills — familiarity with email, calendars, and office tools
• Spanish Speaking a plus
