Do you believe learning should feel a little magical?

Every day in Pre-K is filled with big questions, imaginative adventures, proud accomplishments, and the excitement of getting children ready for kindergarten. One minute you're helping a child sound out their first word. The next, you're listening to a detailed explanation of why dinosaurs definitely lived on the moon.

We're looking for two exceptional Pre-K teachers who love teaching, value teamwork, and want to spend their days making a meaningful impact on children during one of the most important years of their development.

At Bright Ideas Childcare, we know great teachers have options. That's why we've worked hard to create a school where educators feel respected, supported, and excited to come to work each day.

? Teachers are trusted as professionals and encouraged to bring their creativity into the classroom.

? Collaboration is real—not just a buzzword. You'll work alongside experienced, supportive educators who help one another succeed.

? Weekly paid planning time allows teachers to prepare thoughtful lessons and classroom activities.

? Open communication and supportive leadership help teachers feel heard and valued.

? Several members of our teaching team have chosen Bright Ideas for their own children because they trust the care and education provided here.

? We believe when teachers feel supported, children thrive.
