Position Description:

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

The Payroll Specialist performs payroll, accounting, and administrative duties to support the team including processing payroll, setting up voluntary deductions, processing and auditing payroll, creating and reviewing audit reports, and resolving any issues that may arise. PRISM experience highly preferred, along with Bilingual language (Spanish). This position is full-time, in person.

Attendance Follows all state and local laws. As well as company policies and procedures. Provides timely (by deadline), accurate (no errors and/or complaints) and complete payroll reports. Completes mandatory training. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Skills and Education - High school diploma or equivalent. Experience - 2+ years of payroll experience Physical Requirements: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopies, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or hear.
