What You’ll Do
No two days look the same. You'll help bring Bohler's marketing strategy to life through a variety of initiatives, including:

• Planning and coordinating regional events, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns
• Partnering with our communications team in creating engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and case studies
• Developing brand messaging that resonates with clients and supports business growth
• Researching target markets, industry trends, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities
• Leveraging AI tools and emerging marketing technologies to streamline workflows, enhance content, and improve marketing effectiveness
• Collaborating with teammates across Marketing and Communications to execute integrated campaigns
• Supporting proposal development and marketing materials when needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of marketing experience; AEC industry experience required
• Proficient in InDesign
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A creative mindset backed by curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement

Pay TransparencyActual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. The base pay range for this role is $80,000 – $98,000 per year.
