Build One of the Premier Sleep Markets in the Country

We are looking for high-performing sleep sales professionals who want more than another traditional DME territory. This is an opportunity to build a major sleep market with a company focused on premium patient experience, operational execution, outcomes, and aggressive growth across CPAP therapy and sleep medicine. If you are a top CPAP, HST, sleep diagnostics, pulmonary, or sleep therapy seller and have ever thought:

• “I could build something much bigger.”
• “I’m underpaid for the business I generate.”
• “My company cannot operationally support large sleep accounts.”
• “Nobody in this industry executes consistently.”
• “I want real upside.”

…this role was built for you.

The Opportunity

The Michigan market offers a high-growth market with strong payer alignment and a dense base of high-volume sleep programs and referral sources. This role will build top-tier relationships and win large accounts. Pure hunting role focused on landing and scaling large, long-term accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers
• Own and develop your territory like a business
• Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities
• Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships
• Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory
• Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners
• Partner internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth
• Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events

What We’re Looking For

Proven sleep industry sellers who want to leverage their experience, relationships, and market knowledge to build enterprise-level sleep partnerships with uncapped income potential and no quota caps limiting earnings.

Ideal candidates may come from:

• CPAP/DME sales
• Home sleep testing
• Sleep diagnostics
• Pulmonary sales
• Sleep therapy
• Respiratory/DME leadership
• Other products or services from the Sleep Provider industry

Top candidates typically have:

• Existing sleep medicine relationships
• Experience selling to specialists and large physician groups
• A history of building business, not simply maintaining accounts
• Strong field presence and executive communication skills
• High urgency and competitive drive
• The ability to operate independently while building strategic partnerships

Compensation

Top performers should expect to significantly outperform traditional DME compensation models:

• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission structure with no quota cap limiting earnings
• Aggressive accelerator model designed to heavily reward high producers
• Realistic earnings potential of $200K+ for successful market builders
• Top performers can substantially exceed that level
• Additional benefits include:
• Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
• Auto and phone allowance
• Vacation, sick pay and holidays
• Career growth with a rapidly expanding national sleep company
