QUALITY SYSTEMS & TRANSFORMATION MANAGER

Perfecto Tool & Engineering | Anderson, Indiana

At Perfecto, we are building something bigger than a traditional quality department.

Our Core Purpose is simple:

We serve our partners by manufacturing innovative solutions with precision craftsmanship.

Our BHAG is ambitious:

By 06/30/2035 Perfecto is the center of a smart manufacturing collective.

To achieve that vision, we are investing in leadership, systems, technology, and operational excellence.

We are seeking a Quality Systems & Transformation Manager to lead the next chapter of Perfecto's quality journey.

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a transformation role.

MISSION OF THE POSITION

The Quality Systems & Transformation Manager is responsible for building, leading, and continuously improving the systems that ensure Perfecto consistently delivers products that meet customer, engineering, and quality requirements.

The successful candidate will rebuild and strengthen our Quality Management System, establish effective process controls, elevate workforce competency, improve customer confidence, reduce quality spills, and create a culture where quality is owned by everyone throughout the organization.

This role combines strategic quality leadership with hands-on execution.

Initially, the position will spend approximately 10-30% of its time supporting inspection activities while building the systems, controls, standards, and infrastructure needed to scale the quality organization. As Perfecto grows and adds dedicated quality resources, the role will increasingly focus on quality systems leadership, organizational development, customer quality, and continuous improvement.

Success is measured not by audits passed or reports generated, but by measurable improvements in customer experience, process capability, organizational discipline, and business performance.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

Perfecto is not looking for someone to maintain an existing mature quality system.

We are looking for someone who wants to build.

The right person has likely:

• Led quality transformation initiatives
• Rebuilt processes or systems that were underperforming
• Established meaningful CAPA systems
• Improved customer quality performance
• Reduced recurring quality issues
• Introduced accountability into organizations where quality was inconsistent
• Influenced change without relying solely on organizational authority

If you are energized by fixing problems, building systems, developing people, and creating lasting change, this role may be for you.
