Duties
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
- Oversee talent management initiatives to develop employee skills and career paths.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including workers' compensation claims and payroll.
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning related to workforce needs and organizational development.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support project management efforts related to HR initiatives and improvements.

Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or related field is essential.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as ADP is preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment labor law and compliance issues.
- Experience in talent management, recruiting, and employee orientation is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
