We’re looking for an Operations Lead to join our rapidly growing consumer health tech startup. This individual will be focusing on optimizing and managing processes that ensure smooth, day-to-day operations. This role will be responsible for supporting the daily operations and partnership support for one of our third-party lab partners.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for triaging and escalating operational issues, helping to track and report performance metrics, and contributing to the optimization of existing processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of high-quality, reliable operations that meet both internal and external expectations.

The ideal candidate will be meticulous in their attention to detail, self-starter, a problem solver and critical thinker, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. As an early member of our team, your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the future of our systems as we scale from tens of thousands of members to millions.
