***Must be at least 18 years old and available to work opening (6:00 am - 3pm) or closing shifts (3 pm to 11:30pm) and have Friday and Saturday availability***

Pay between $23.00 and $23.50 per hour depending on availability and experience.

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. They are a results-driven, forward-thinking partner, demonstrating visionary leadership, ensuring the overall effort of the kitchen team members achieve the business’s goals. He/she reports to the Kitchen Director.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example.
• Ensure all food safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Ensure Team Member safety at all times.
• Ensure Team Members meet all Chick-fil-A Standards and Team Member Handbook requirements at all times.
• Accept full responsibility and accountability for the kitchen.
• Lead the Kitchen Team in executing the Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy during the shift:
  • Great food through food safety performance, taste of food and food temperature.
  • Fast and accurate service.
  • Genuine Hospitality.
• Execute huddles to ensure all team members are on the same page.
• Encourage team members and create a fun and cared for environment for your team.
• Ensure daily and weekly checklists are completed.
• Leave the restaurant better than you found it.
• Continuously assess all kitchen systems and procedures to ensure maximum safety, cleanliness, accuracy and productivity. Quickly resolve any operational issues and prevent future occurrences.
• Manage the cleanliness of the kitchen; ensure Chick-fil-A Bothell Canyon Park is “Back Stage Tour” ready during normal business hours.

8. Has a game plan and is ready to handle any emergency situation (power outage, injury, fire).
