Baristas / Café All-Rounder — The Fruiterer's Wife, Port Melbourne

We're looking for skilled, passionate baristas / cafe all-rounders to join our café team at The Fruiterer's Wife. We have multiple positions available.

We're hiring for a permanent full time anchor role, but we're genuinely open to the right person on permanent part time or casual terms too. If you're exceptional, we'll make it work. Multiple roles available.

About the role

You'll be part of our small café crew responsible for creating a warm, efficient service experience. Duties include:

Making consistently great coffee. Supporting grab-and-go service and food prep Providing friendly, attentive customer service Assisting with cleaning, restocking, and closing routines.

About you

You're someone who:

Has barista experience and a love for quality coffee Brings a positive, can-do attitude and thrives in a busy environment Enjoys working collaboratively in a small team Takes pride in presentation, punctuality, and doing things properly Shares an interest in fresh, local, and quality food

The roles

Multiple positions available
Primary vacancy is permanent full time, minimum 38 hours per week
Permanent part time and casual applicants also welcome, minimum 24 hours per week
Based at The Fruiterer's Wife, Crockford Street Port Melbourne
Day shifts only
One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) included each week
