Play. Teach. Believe. Grow.

Youre already an RBT.

Now find a team that invests in your future.

You already know that progress isnt always measured in giant milestones, but in a new word, a successful transition, or a moment of connection that wasnt there yesterday.

You bring patience, skill, and purpose to every session because you understand what meaningful progress looks like for a child with autism and their family.

We call them Believers.

At Caravel, youre not just another RBT.

Youre a valued clinical teammate whose experience matters.

Whether youre looking to deepen your skills, expand your impact, or explore a future path toward leadership or becoming a BCBA, we are ready to be a part of your journey.

What you'll do:

You'll work 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have a diagnosis of autism, using play-based ABA therapy to help them build communication, independence, social, and daily living skills.

• Use your RBT expertise to create meaningful learning opportunities through play and connection
• Partner closely with BCBAs who provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support
• Celebrate, document, and contribute to meaningful progress for every child
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates
• Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and feedback

What we're looking for

• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Passion for helping children with autism learn and grow
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong follow through
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

What we offer

• Pay: $18.24 to $31.05 per hour based on experience
• Hours: Monday through Friday- regular schedule during the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm with the occasional Saturday
• Health / Dental / Vision Insurance for FTEs
• Career Pathways for growth opportunities for high-performing teammates
• Opportunities for up to $10,000 in scholarship support for teammates pursuing their BCBA Credentials

Why this work. Why Caravel?

You already know the difference a great RBT can make.

Youve seen the first words, the first friendships, the first successful transitions, and the pride that comes when a child accomplishes something their family once thought impossible.

At Caravel, youll be surrounded by teammates who share that same purpose and leaders who are invested in your success.

Bring your passion.

Continue building a career where your work creates meaningful change for children and families every day.

You believe in them.

We believe in you.

And were ready to help you grow.
