EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• At least 1 year of experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Food Handlers Certificationrequired.(mustcomply withState requirements)
• Able to work effectively under pressure,maintainingcomposure while quickly evaluating situations anddeterminingthe best course of action
• A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
