This position will report to the applications division within the Information Technology Department. The position has a primary focus on software application support, business process evaluation/improvement, business process documentation, such as swim lane or other process flow diagrams and software configuration. Additionally, the position has an emphasis in the ability to use pivot tables for MS Excel, report writing leveraging SSRS, and leveraging business intelligence tools for data analytics and visualization.

The City is heavily leveraged in Tyler Technologies solutions, qualified applicants will have knowledge or direct experience with any of the following: Enterprise Permitting and Licensing (EPL), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Service Request (ESR), Content Manager, Utility Billing and related services or the Data and Insights platform.
