Responsible for training and evaluating competency of Laboratory staff who perform blood collection. Is a resource for the nursing units for Mobilab and blood collection. Position relates to the overall function of the lab and the hospital in view of patient car and patient satisfaction Problem solving associated with the specimen procurement with the direction of the Supervisor or Manager.
