Part-Time Accounting Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our team! This role will support daily accounting tasks and assist our Medical Billing & Coding staff with insurance verification and other office tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Accounts payable/receivable & invoice processing

• Bank and credit card reconciliations

• Financial reporting support

• Assisting billers with insurance verification and claim follow-up

• General administrative support (filing, data entry, record keeping)

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience

• QuickBooks and Excel proficiency

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Medical office or billing experience a plus
