Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, update invoices, and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
• Analyze accounting records, including bank statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to company accounting policies and procedures.
• Gather documentation, research data, and support tax filing preparation.
• Monitor and update QuickBooks journal entries.
• Perform clerical duties by maintaining files and organizing documents.
• Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and oversee mail deliveries.
• Perform special projects and other functions assigned by Supervisor

Preferred Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Degree
• Excellent time – management and organization skills required
• Able to work independently and with a team.
