Position Description: Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record in office management. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage various office functions efficiently. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while supporting staff and enhancing productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Manage schedules, including calendar management for executives and team members.
  • Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial accountability within the office.
  • Organize filing systems and ensure proper documentation practices are followed
  • Provide clerical support as needed, including handling multi-line phone systems and front desk duties.

?Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience A minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience or a related position with QuickBooks Online
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Supervising experience with a focus on team management and development.
  • Proficient in schedule management, calendar coordination, and event planning.
