Job Description
The Human Capital Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, analytical, and operational support to the Human Capital department. With a primary focus on talent acquisition, HR reporting, research, and administrative tasks, this role is essential to ensuring a smooth recruitment process, maintaining accurate data, conducting research, and supporting the broader HC team. This position also acts as the first point of contact for employees, assisting with inquiries and providing general HC support.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in an HR role, with experience in talent acquisition preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS systems (such as Paylocity) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Analytical mindset with the ability to research and interpret HR data to support decision-making.
