The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. This role supports day-to-day HR operations including employee records administration, onboarding, timekeeping processes, and employee services. The Human Resources Assistant serves as a resource to employees and helps ensure HR processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.

This position primarily works in an office environment but may regularly visit other farm areas, including animal facilities, processing areas, crop fields, warehouses, shops, and other operational areas. While performing the duties of this position, the employee will:
Work is performed primarily in an office environment, with occasional work in farm or operational settings. In those settings, the employee may be exposed to varying weather conditions, dust, dirt, manure, noise, odors, agricultural chemicals, machinery, animals, and other typical farm conditions. Biosecurity measures must be followed, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn when required.
