Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time | In-person
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from crafting job postings and sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and supporting offer negotiations. This role is key in helping us attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple departments.
What You’ll Do- Lead and manage all stages of the recruitment process.
- Partner with department leaders to create accurate job descriptions and define hiring needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
- Post jobs, screen applications, and identify top candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, including preparing questions and selection materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support offer negotiations, including salary recommendations and start dates.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Required:
- Associate's Degree with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to source talent for a variety of roles.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential.
- Healthcare recruitment experience a plus, but not required.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 15 lbs.
