CAN Community Health is now hiring an Associate Attorney

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Pay Rate: $112,804 - $141,005 annually

What You’ll Do

The associate will advise healthcare stakeholders on a wide range of corporate, transactional, regulatory, and operational matters. The practice includes significant work involving healthcare transactions, academic medicine, clinical research, and the use and commercialization of health data.

The associate will support a broad healthcare practice, including:

  • Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance
  • Transactional & Corporate Matters
  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation
  • Health Data & Innovation

Education/Professional:

  1. J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) to the Florida Bar.
  2. 2-5 years of experience, or a strong demonstrated interest in healthcare law, health policy, or life sciences.
  3. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license.

Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required (https://info.flclearinghouse.com)
