Job Summary
Responsible for providing administrative, documentation, and coordination support to the Risk & Compliance function. The role supports compliance operations by ensuring accurate records, timely processing, and escalation of issues that could create regulatory or operational risk. This is a first-line support role with responsibility for execution and escalation, not policy setting or risk ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance documentation support: Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate compliance-related records, reports, and spreadsheets.Administrative support to Risk & Compliance initiatives, including document preparation, tracking, and version control.Identify documentation errors, inconsistencies, or gaps and escalate issues to Risk & Compliance leadership.Coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative tasks supporting compliance activities.Qualifications
Skills:
Strong organization skills. Good customer service skills Strong communication skills. Microsoft office suite: word, excel, ppt, outlooks, etc.Education & Experience:
Clerical skills. Could be entry level position out of College with career path into sales or sales operations support (3D Lift Plans, Permitting, Finance & Reporting, Etc.) Valid Florida Driver’s License. High School Diploma or equivalent.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.Working Conditions
