As a Site Identification and Relationship Manager, you will support post-award site identification activities and help ensure clinical research projects are matched with the right investigative sites. You will manage relationships, coordinate feasibility processes, and provide strategic insights to support successful study execution.

• Develop and implement site identification strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Manage feasibility questionnaire processes, including coordination, review, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate confidentiality agreements (CDAs) and outreach activities with potential sites.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable research sites based on study requirements.
• Lead discussions with clients and support resolution of escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigative sites, clients, and internal teams.
• Train and support assigned resources involved in site identification and activation activities.
• Provide oversight and guidance to Site Activation Specialist support resources.
• Analyze data and information to develop clear recommendations and presentations.
• Support remote teams by facilitating collaboration, communication, and operational alignment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and creative solutions.
• Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.

The ideal candidate is a healthcare, clinical research, or data-driven feasibility professional with experience supporting global clinical development activities. You should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage complex information, and the confidence to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

• 5+ years of transferable experience in clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or data-driven feasibility environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Background in medicine, science, or another related discipline.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas, with international clinical development exposure preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of site identification processes and clinical trial operations.
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
• Experience leading client conversations, presentations, and escalations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and present compelling recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and global teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs (less than 10%).
