The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for leadership by driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and execution across the organization. This role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and hands-on execution.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate company strategy into clear priorities, weekly goals, operating rhythms, and accountability frameworks.
- Lead execution of high-impact cross-functional initiatives, including product launches, operational scaling, clinical expansion, and go-to-market readiness.
- Manage leadership team operations by preparing agendas, decision documents, follow-ups, and ensuring clear ownership of key actions.
- Build and maintain company performance systems, including KPI dashboards, business reviews, and leadership reporting.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, develop solutions, and directly support execution across analysis, project management, hiring initiatives, partnerships, and customer-related priorities.
- Collaborate with teams across product, clinical, engineering, operations, and growth to improve processes and increase organizational velocity.
- Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising preparation, investor communications, board materials, and special projects.
- Create structure in ambiguous situations by developing repeatable processes, decision frameworks, and operating mechanisms that enable sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate is a highly driven operator with experience leading strategy and execution in fast-paced environments. They combine strong business judgment, communication skills, analytical ability, and a track record of delivering results through cross-functional collaboration.
- 4+ years of experience driving strategy, operations, or execution in high-growth startups, consulting, investing, product leadership, or similar demanding environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify important problems, take ownership, and deliver measurable outcomes with limited direction.
- Strong skills in structured problem-solving, program management, written communication, and data analysis.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders and aggressive timelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive materials.
- Highly organized with the ability to design, implement, and scale effective operational processes.
- Strong ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and operate with a high level of ownership.
- Experience working in a top-tier early-stage or growth-stage company environment with a strong understanding of high-performance cultures.
- Experience supporting fundraising, board management, strategic finance, financial modeling, pricing, or business analysis is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as OKRs, KPI dashboards, executive meeting cadences, and decision frameworks is a plus.
- Previous experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or executive teams in a Chief of Staff, General Manager, or similar role is preferred.
- Healthcare experience and comfort working with clinical and operational stakeholders are advantageous.
