Chief of Staff

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief of Staff based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership to accelerate strategic initiatives and business growth.
The position focuses on transforming high-level vision into measurable execution across products, markets, and operational teams.
You will act as a key partner to leadership by improving alignment, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness.
The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
You will help drive priorities across multiple functions, identify opportunities, remove blockers, and ensure critical initiatives move forward.
This remote opportunity is ideal for a high-ownership professional who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building scalable systems and processes.

Accountabilities:

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic execution partner, helping leadership translate business priorities into action while creating alignment across teams. This role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex initiatives from strategy through delivery.

  • Drive execution of strategic priorities across products, markets, and teams, ensuring initiatives progress with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain operating rhythms including OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability frameworks.
  • Coordinate major cross-functional workstreams involving product, engineering, partnerships, finance, operations, licensing, and market expansion.
  • Prepare executive-level materials including decision memos, leadership presentations, execution plans, and performance reviews.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps before they become obstacles to business progress.
  • Support leadership decision-making by analyzing trade-offs related to resources, product priorities, investments, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead special projects requiring strong judgment, cross-functional influence, and the ability to operate independently.
  • Improve organizational clarity by ensuring teams remain aligned on goals, priorities, timelines, and ownership.
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and teams to accelerate execution without introducing unnecessary complexity.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly capable operator who combines strategic perspective with strong execution skills. They should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and driving outcomes in a rapidly evolving environment.

  • Proven experience driving strategic execution across multiple teams or business functions.
  • Strong judgment, prioritization skills, communication abilities, and consistent follow-through.
  • Experience collaborating with founders, executives, leadership teams, or senior external stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate independently with limited guidance while managing complex and evolving priorities.
  • Strong capability to move between high-level strategy and detailed operational execution.
  • Excellent written communication, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion is highly valued.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong English communication skills, as English is the primary working language across global teams.
  • Based in the United States and comfortable working remotely.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work opportunity for candidates based in the United States.
  • Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives.
  • Exposure to global teams, products, markets, and business expansion efforts.
  • High ownership role with the ability to influence company direction and execution.
  • Fast-paced environment focused on innovation, learning, and building new solutions.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation financial technology products.
  • Collaborative international culture with diverse teams and perspectives.
  • Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.
