The EVP, Head of Growth will play a pivotal role in accelerating enterprise growth by shaping and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
This executive leader will oversee commercial functions, drive revenue generation, and position the organization as a trusted partner for complex Data and AI transformations.
The role combines strategic vision, operational leadership, and hands-on client engagement with senior executives across industries.
You will lead high-performing Sales and Marketing teams while building scalable growth engines that create predictable business outcomes.
Working closely with executive leadership and delivery teams, you will help define market strategy, expand advisory offerings, and strengthen customer relationships.

The EVP, Head of Growth will own the commercial strategy and business expansion initiatives, driving revenue growth while building a scalable and high-performing go-to-market organization. This role requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex Data and AI capabilities into measurable business value.
- Lead and manage Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to create a unified, high-performing revenue organization.
- Develop and execute scalable go-to-market strategies, including outbound sales motions, inbound marketing programs, demand generation initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
- Establish commercial operating frameworks, including sales targets, marketing budgets, CRM discipline, pipeline forecasting, pricing strategies, and performance measurement.
- Drive enterprise revenue growth by originating and closing complex advisory engagements with executive-level stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, and other senior decision-makers to identify strategic transformation opportunities.
- Lead consultative sales processes by positioning advisory solutions around AI adoption, governance, transformation strategy, and organizational change.
- Collaborate with internal experts to develop and package service offerings focused on AI strategy, LLM and agentic deployments, governance, and change management.
- Lead discovery sessions, diagnostic workshops, and strategic proposals that demonstrate business value and transformation impact.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for key client relationships, ensuring account growth, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales engagement to successful execution.
- Contribute as a member of the executive leadership team by shaping company strategy, culture, growth priorities, and operational improvements.
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven executive with extensive experience scaling professional services or consulting businesses. They should combine strong sales leadership capabilities with a deep understanding of Data, AI, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, advisory, or related industries with a proven record of driving significant revenue growth.
- Demonstrated success selling large-scale advisory or consulting engagements, including $1.5M–$3M+ annual deal values.
- Experience leading Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams while building structured go-to-market organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise Data and AI transformation, including AI readiness, use-case prioritization, ROI modeling, and governance strategies.
- Exceptional consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for executive audiences.
- Experience developing commercial strategies, sales processes, revenue models, and growth frameworks.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams through change and operate effectively in evolving, high-growth environments.
- Ability to collaborate across business functions and align commercial initiatives with delivery capabilities.
