We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable / Payable Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of customer service, accounting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow, supporting internal partners, and ensuring financial processes run smoothly and compliantly.What You’ll Do Set up and maintain new customer accounts and update existing customer information within the accounts receivable system. Generate, review, and enter customer invoices accurately, ensuring alignment with billing schedules and deadlines. Monitor collections and coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely receipt of payments. Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment status, account discrepancies, and credit terms with professionalism and clarity. Maintain organized, audit-ready customer account documentation by fiscal year. Support compliance with all financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Cross-train in other business office functions to provide operational backup and continuity. Assist Site Business Offices with budgets, reports, forecasts, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial data requests. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. What We’re Looking ForEducation College degree in accounting from an accredited institution or ten (10) years of related experience in accounts receivable (required) Experience Two (2) years of experience in an accounting role or related field (required) Two (2) years of experience in accounts receivable (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required) Familiarity with general accounting principles, fiscal budget controls, and computerized accounting systems (preferred) Why Join UsAs an Accounts Receivable / Payable Coordinator, you’ll be a trusted partner in the organization’s financial health—supporting teams, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across critical processes.
