Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Lead based in Canada.
In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between product and go-to-market teams, ensuring that product innovation is translated into clear, compelling, and market-relevant narratives. You will own the end-to-end product messaging and launch strategy, turning technical capabilities and product insights into stories that resonate with buyers and drive adoption. Working across product, marketing, sales enablement, and customer-facing teams, you will ensure alignment from early discovery through to launch execution. This position is central to improving how launches are structured, communicated, and scaled across multiple products and audiences. You will also play a key role in building a unified product language across solutions, ensuring consistency across channels and internal systems. Operating in an AI-enabled environment, you will streamline repetitive workflows while focusing on high-impact strategic decisions. This is a highly cross-functional and influential role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, structure, and product strategy.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve a scalable product launch process across product, marketing, sales enablement, and customer success teams.
- Own product positioning, messaging, and competitive narratives to ensure a consistent and up-to-date source of truth across the organization.
- Translate product insights, technical features, and customer pain points into clear, compelling market-facing messaging and stories.
- Ensure quality control of all launch-related content, including landing pages, emails, campaigns, and sales materials, preventing messaging drift.
- Standardize intake processes with product teams to ensure clear, structured, and high-quality launch inputs from the outset.
- Coordinate internal readiness for launches, ensuring sales teams, support teams, and stakeholders are fully aligned ahead of release.
- Determine appropriate launch visibility levels and coordinate execution across relevant channels and teams.
- Maintain and evolve messaging frameworks and documentation as products and market needs evolve.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in go-to-market execution.
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or a similar SaaS B2B role.
- Proven experience owning or leading product launches, not only contributing to them.
- Strong ability to translate technical product information into clear, buyer-focused messaging.
- Excellent writing and content refinement skills with a strong attention to detail and tone consistency.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market processes and cross-functional collaboration between product and marketing teams.
- Ability to identify messaging inconsistencies and confidently challenge or refine positioning when needed.
- Structured thinking with a strong instinct for process design without over-engineering workflows.
- Experience working in or alongside technical audiences, with exposure to IT or Microsoft 365 environments considered an asset.
- AI-native mindset with comfort using automation tools to optimize workflows and scale output.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a trusted connector between teams.
- Competitive salary range: CAD $95,000 – $120,000, depending on experience and location
- Remote-friendly work model within Canada (#LI-Remote)
- Opportunity to shape product messaging and go-to-market strategy at scale
- High-impact role with direct influence on product adoption and customer understanding
- Collaborative environment working closely with product, marketing, and sales teams
- Strong emphasis on experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation
- AI-enabled workplace encouraging automation and modern marketing practices
- Inclusive culture focused on trust, autonomy, and professional growth
- Structured hiring process including interviews and practical assessment.
