Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Operations to improve lead generation, onboarding, and sales efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and industry partners to support long-term business development.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development within creator economy, influencer marketing, SaaS, digital media, or e-commerce environments.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and leading quota-carrying sales teams with proven success in performance development and coaching.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding individual and team revenue targets.
  • Experience working with creators, talent agencies, management firms, or strategic partnership ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, sales operations, and compensation structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales reporting systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-oriented environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of CAD 120,000–125,000 plus variable commission.
  • Fully remote work flexibility within Canada, with optional access to physical hubs.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and wellness benefits from day one.
  • Four weeks of paid vacation plus additional holiday closure period.
  • RRSP matching program (up to 3%) to support long-term financial planning.
  • Home office and wellness allowances, including phone and setup stipends.
  • Paid parental leave top-up and inclusive family support programs.
