Manager of Client Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager of Client Management based in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic account leadership and consultative growth, focused on managing and expanding relationships with large multinational clients.
You will oversee a portfolio of complex global accounts, driving revenue growth through deeper client engagement and value-driven solutions.
The position requires a strong ability to understand client business needs, translate them into actionable strategies, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers across global organizations.
This is a high-impact leadership role where relationship management, financial acumen, and strategic thinking converge.
You will collaborate across regional teams to align global account strategies and ensure consistent client success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the management and growth of a portfolio of global multinational accounts, ensuring revenue expansion and long-term client retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on increasing profitability and unlocking new revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, across complex global organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing client needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead business reviews, executive presentations, and quarterly and annual client performance discussions.
  • Collaborate with regional teams across multiple geographies to align global client strategies and execution.
  • Develop innovative pricing and commercial strategies while supporting ongoing client profitability and P&L management.
  • Drive consultative discussions that position value-added solutions, including technology optimization and policy improvements.
  • Manage negotiations, including RFPs and contract renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide account strategy, improve performance, and strengthen client engagement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in global account management, client success, or enterprise sales roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multinational client portfolios in a B2B environment.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, improve profitability, and expand client accounts.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to manage P&L and identify business drivers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging C-suite audiences.
  • Proven ability to build strategic account plans and execute against defined revenue goals.
  • Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional, and global environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including experience with contracts, renewals, and RFP processes.
  • High proficiency with business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with periodic travel for client engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
