  • Maintain organized records and contribute to reporting, process improvements, and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to partners on onboarding requirements, documentation standards, and best practices.

Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, client onboarding, sales support, or a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and client account processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French (spoken and written) required.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with advisors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with administrative systems, documentation workflows, and digital tools.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain performance under pressure.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $38,500 – $71,000 CAD (plus potential performance-based incentives)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plans with employer support
  • Life and accident insurance coverage
  • Tuition reimbursement and learning support programs
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote work across Canada
  • Structured onboarding, coaching, and ongoing professional development
  • Opportunity to grow within a leading financial services environment
  • Access to tools, resources, and internal networks to support career progression.
