This is a high-impact, growth-focused social media role where storytelling meets performance marketing in a fast-moving consumer brand environment.
You will own the strategy and execution of social channels across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging networks.
The role is centered on building a strong, culturally relevant brand presence that drives engagement, trust, and customer acquisition.
You will collaborate closely with Growth, Brand, Creative, and PR teams to develop content that is both highly engaging and conversion-driven.
A strong emphasis is placed on short-form video, trend-based content, and community-driven storytelling that resonates with modern audiences.

- Own and execute the end-to-end social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- Create, publish, and optimize high-performing content including short-form video, static posts, reactive content, and trend-driven creatives.
- Manage the content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, cultural moments, and brand initiatives.
- Drive community engagement by managing comments, DMs, and audience interactions to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Identify and act on social trends, memes, and cultural moments to produce timely and relevant content.
- Collaborate with Growth teams on paid amplification strategies, creator whitelisting, and performance optimization.
- Partner with PR and Influencer teams to support partnerships, collaborations, and external activations.
- Analyze performance metrics and deliver insights to continuously optimize reach, engagement, and conversion impact.
- Support cross-channel content needs across email, SMS, and landing pages when required.
- 3–6 years of experience managing and growing social media channels for a consumer-facing brand.
- Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement, audience growth, and measurable business impact.
- Strong expertise in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video storytelling.
- Deep understanding of social trends, internet culture, and platform-specific best practices.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, Product, and PR teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and iterate quickly based on insights.
- Strong creative intuition combined with a performance-oriented approach to content creation.
- Excellent communication, writing, and brand voice adaptation skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Nice to have: experience in consumer, subscription, pet, or health-related industries, influencer marketing, and paid social campaigns.
