This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute directly to global environmental innovation and waste reduction initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive outbound and inbound sales activities through high-volume outreach including email, phone, events, and industry conferences.
  • Qualify and manage leads effectively, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and conversion opportunities within CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning tailored sustainability solutions.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support proposal development, client onboarding, and solution delivery.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting to support business planning and performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in senior sales or business development roles with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • 5+ years of experience in waste management, recycling, sustainability, or related environmental industries is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (experience with SAP is an asset).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation ability.
  • Highly developed critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a competitive, results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $150,000 with a quarterly bonus structure.
  • Generous paid time off and flexible vacation policy.
  • Subsidized medical and insurance coverage.
  • Opportunity to contribute to global sustainability and circular economy initiatives.
  • Exposure to international markets and innovative environmental solutions.
  • Collaborative and mission-driven work environment.
  • Strong autonomy with ownership of business development strategy and pipeline.
