You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex, high-value sales cycles. The position combines consultative selling, solution design, and commercial execution in a highly dynamic, high-growth setting. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building pipeline through proactive outreach, and closing enterprise deals that deliver measurable ROI. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape go-to-market strategy and refine sales processes as the organization scales. - Drive full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close, ensuring consistent revenue growth across assigned territories.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline by leveraging outbound prospecting, networking, marketing leads, and sales intelligence tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, delivering tailored product demonstrations and ROI-driven value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, improve sales processes, and align solutions with customer needs.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools, ensuring transparency and performance visibility.
- Contribute to scaling best practices within the sales organization and supporting a high-performance culture.
- 5+ years of successful enterprise SaaS closing experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Strong ability to operate independently with high levels of ownership, discipline, and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Experience selling into procurement, finance, IT, or legal stakeholders is a strong plus.
