This leadership role sits at the center of regional growth strategy across the Americas, driving high-impact field marketing programs that directly influence pipeline and revenue performance. You will lead a regional team while acting as a strategic partner to sales and partner leadership, ensuring marketing is tightly aligned with business priorities. The role blends strategy, execution, and operational excellence, with ownership of multi-channel campaigns, ABM initiatives, and large-scale events. You will also build the frameworks, processes, and reporting structures that enable scalable and repeatable success across markets. Operating in a global, fast-paced environment, you will collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to elevate customer engagement. This is a high-visibility role where your work will shape regional go-to-market success and long-term customer relationships.
This role is responsible for leading and scaling field marketing across the Americas while ensuring strong alignment with revenue goals and sales priorities. You will build and execute regional strategies that drive demand generation, strengthen customer engagement, and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Lead and develop a regional field marketing team, fostering accountability, performance, and continuous growth
- Build and execute integrated, geo-specific demand generation strategies including ABM, campaigns, and events across multiple channels
- Partner closely with sales and partner leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue objectives
- Own regional marketing budgets and ensure investments are optimized for measurable business impact
- Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to track performance and guide data-driven decision-making
- Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks to standardize execution across regions
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize campaigns, content, and customer engagement initiatives
- Support partner and channel co-marketing programs to expand market reach and drive joint opportunities
- Represent field marketing insights and feedback to influence global strategy and continuous improvement
This role requires a seasoned B2B marketing leader with deep expertise in field marketing, demand generation, and team leadership. You bring a strong ability to translate business objectives into scalable marketing strategies while working closely with senior stakeholders.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including strong exposure to field marketing, ABM, and partner/channel marketing
- Proven success driving pipeline and revenue impact through regional marketing programs
- Experience building geo-specific strategies in close partnership with sales leadership
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in budget management and demonstrating ROI on marketing investments
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, CRM systems, and automation platforms
- Ability to build scalable frameworks, processes, and reporting structures across global teams
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Experience working in SaaS, legal tech, or enterprise software environments is an asset
