  • Drive end-to-end optimization of marketing funnels through data analysis, experimentation, and performance insights.
  • Own marketing automation systems and tech stack strategy to enable scalable, efficient campaign execution.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives across digital properties in collaboration with design, UX, and content teams.
  • Develop and operationalize marketing AI capabilities in partnership with engineering and data teams to enhance targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Establish KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems in collaboration with data teams to drive performance visibility and accountability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with regional leaders, product, and revenue teams to align on growth priorities and execution plans.
  • Build a strong experimentation and test-and-learn culture across all growth marketing functions.
Requirements:
  • 8–12+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing operations in SaaS, tech, or digital-first environments.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional and distributed marketing teams.
  • Proven experience scaling marketing automation, CRO, analytics, or AI-driven marketing functions.
  • Strong expertise with modern marketing and data stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, GA4, BigQuery, Looker, Fivetran, GCP, CDPs).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive marketing performance and decision-making.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, global organizations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with a focus on continuous optimization and measurable impact.
  • Fluency in English is required for working in a global environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive-level compensation package
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible work environment with remote and hybrid options
  • Generous vacation and time-off policies
  • Equity participation in a publicly traded global company
  • Strong focus on learning, experimentation, and professional development
  • Inclusive, global culture with strong emphasis on belonging and diversity
  • Opportunity to lead large-scale, high-impact growth initiatives across international markets.
