- Develop, execute, and optimize outbound marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Manage website content updates, landing pages, and content coordination efforts to support lead generation initiatives and brand visibility.
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with inbound and outbound prospects, identifying customer needs and assessing sales readiness.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists within key industries, including manufacturing, industrial services, heavy equipment, and defense-related sectors.
- Track campaign performance, analyze pipeline metrics, and provide reporting on lead generation effectiveness and revenue contribution.
- Support sales leadership with account research, prospect intelligence, and early-stage engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure strong pipeline hygiene across all lead generation activities.
- Coordinate prospect handoffs and scheduling activities with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives and strategic priorities.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on involvement in campaign planning and execution.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar lead generation roles.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, Marketo, or comparable tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence conducting customer-facing qualification conversations.
- Understanding of industrial, technical, manufacturing, or technology-focused markets, or the ability to quickly develop industry expertise.
- Experience balancing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on pipeline generation, lead conversion, and business impact.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally as required (approximately 25% travel).
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 – $80,000 CAD.
