Join a high-impact leadership role where you will shape the market success of innovative financial services products by defining positioning, driving go-to-market strategy, and accelerating growth through data-driven decision-making. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in fast-paced technology environments and enjoys influencing business outcomes across multiple functions. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Data, and Marketing teams to launch new solutions, optimize customer adoption, and uncover growth opportunities throughout the customer journey. With significant ownership and visibility, this role offers the chance to lead complex initiatives, leverage AI-powered marketing approaches, and directly influence product and business strategy. If you're passionate about fintech, customer insights, and building scalable growth engines, this position offers both challenge and long-term career growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and evolve product positioning and messaging strategies based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market initiatives for new products, features, and strategic launches, from planning through execution and performance evaluation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to align priorities, influence roadmaps, and maximize commercial impact.
  • Leverage analytics, customer research, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Design and implement AI-driven approaches to enhance market research, segmentation, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, translating market insights into actionable recommendations that influence product development and growth strategies.
  • Drive alignment and execution across multiple teams, regions, and stakeholders while delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the development of product marketing best practices and strategic frameworks.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, strategy, consulting, finance, sales, or related fields with increasing responsibility and ownership.
  • Proven experience within financial services, fintech, payments, or closely related industries.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong track record of owning business outcomes and driving measurable growth in technology or high-growth organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience leveraging customer research, market intelligence, and business performance metrics to inform strategy.
  • Experience using data tools such as SQL, Looker, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Practical experience applying AI tools and technologies to improve go-to-market execution, customer insights, or strategic decision-making.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate market needs and translate insights into long-term growth strategies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish direction, and create alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package ranging from $180,000 to $220,000 CAD.
  • Flexible remote work environment that supports work-life balance.
  • Equity participation opportunities.
  • Pension plan contributions and matching programs.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, wellness, life, and disability insurance coverage.
  • Flexible paid time off and generous leave policies.
  • Enhanced parental leave support.
  • Wellness allowance and health-focused benefits.
  • Professional development, learning resources, and career growth opportunities.
  • Volunteer time off and community engagement initiatives.
  • Employee resource groups, networking opportunities, and social programs.
  • Computer purchase assistance program.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture with global career mobility opportunities.
