- Define and evolve product positioning and messaging strategies based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market initiatives for new products, features, and strategic launches, from planning through execution and performance evaluation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to align priorities, influence roadmaps, and maximize commercial impact.
- Leverage analytics, customer research, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize go-to-market strategies.
- Design and implement AI-driven approaches to enhance market research, segmentation, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating market insights into actionable recommendations that influence product development and growth strategies.
- Drive alignment and execution across multiple teams, regions, and stakeholders while delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the development of product marketing best practices and strategic frameworks.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, strategy, consulting, finance, sales, or related fields with increasing responsibility and ownership.
- Proven experience within financial services, fintech, payments, or closely related industries.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong track record of owning business outcomes and driving measurable growth in technology or high-growth organizations.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience leveraging customer research, market intelligence, and business performance metrics to inform strategy.
- Experience using data tools such as SQL, Looker, or similar analytics platforms.
- Practical experience applying AI tools and technologies to improve go-to-market execution, customer insights, or strategic decision-making.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate market needs and translate insights into long-term growth strategies.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish direction, and create alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
