Senior Brand Partnerships Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of gaming, brand strategy, and high-impact partnership execution within a fast-scaling interactive entertainment environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end relationships with major brand partners activating within large-scale UGC gaming experiences. Acting as the central point of coordination during live campaigns, you will ensure flawless delivery across creative, operational, and analytical workstreams. The role blends account management, project oversight, and storytelling through data to demonstrate campaign success. You will collaborate closely with internal game teams, product stakeholders, and leadership to align execution with strategic goals. This is a highly cross-functional position where precision, communication, and commercial awareness directly influence partner satisfaction and long-term growth. It is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments where gaming, media, and branded experiences converge.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with brand partners during active campaign execution, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables while escalating strategic decisions when needed.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery by coordinating with internal game, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution across all phases of activation.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks such as scope misalignment, timeline constraints, or operational bottlenecks before they impact delivery quality.
  • Lead post-campaign reporting efforts by analyzing performance data and translating insights into clear, compelling, client-ready presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of go-to-market materials, creative concepts, and new partnership packages in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, project timelines, and partner requirements to support operational consistency and scalability.
  • Support revenue growth by identifying upsell, expansion, and renewal opportunities within existing brand partnerships.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or partnership management within gaming, media, advertising, or digital entertainment environments.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, particularly UGC platforms and interactive digital experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and translate complex execution details into clear narratives.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across distributed teams and time zones, with occasional travel requirements.
  • Experience working with brand or agency partners, ideally including large-scale or AAA-level clients, is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com is an asset.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and build performance-driven presentations.
  • Visual storytelling or presentation design skills are a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and seniority level.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of gaming, brands, and large-scale digital experiences.
  • Exposure to high-profile brand partnerships and widely played interactive gaming titles.
  • Dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Flexible working arrangements with occasional travel for partner engagement.
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding gaming and entertainment ecosystem.
  • Collaborative culture that values creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
