  • Delivering presentations, seminars, and workshops to explain complex insurance solutions and value propositions
  • Analyzing regional market trends, identifying emerging opportunities, and providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Supporting submission processes, accelerating deal cycles, and managing special cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Preparing performance reports, sales dashboards, and business reviews to track progress and identify growth areas
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance tools, training, and product effectiveness
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, risk, and internal policy requirements in all activities
Requirements

This role requires strong expertise in insurance sales, financial concepts, and relationship-driven business development, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex solutions. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key requirements include:

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or wealth management, or equivalent education and experience
  • Valid life insurance license and relevant financial or insurance certifications (e.g., financial planning designation preferred)
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting principles, and financial planning concepts
  • Proven ability in consultative sales, relationship management, and broker or channel development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex business discussions effectively
  • Proficiency in working independently with strong organizational skills
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based compensation and potential commissions
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plans and financial wellness programs
  • Tuition reimbursement and continuous learning opportunities
  • Career development support through coaching, training, and internal mobility
  • Inclusive and collaborative work environment focused on growth and innovation
